treacle tart

on 23rd of november i made treacle tart and i think it went well accept the pastry went a bite flacky to start i put butter salt and flour in to a bowl and and rubbed it together with my fingers til it was like bread crums and then tiped it on to the table and needed it.and then rapped it in cling film and put it in the fridge.
for the filling i put golden syrup and bread crums then added some lemon juice and sturied it till it bioled it then let it cool down then i roll out the pastry then put it in the tin then add the treacle mixture then cook to golden profection.
