This is what I made on the Wedensaday 9th november 2011.
we started by peeling three pears then added 300ml of non alcholic wine in to a pan then added 3 star and easts and 5 tbs of sugar 1 full orange and juice and a slice of lemon.and bioled it for fourty minites and the placed them on to a plate then put the due back on the hear to reduce it to a syrpe like substance then drissle it over youe pears and the chef made use a cinemon cream to put on the side :P .
